Per Diem LPN – Medication Administration | $55/Hour

Temporary Position | Montville, NJ | 7 AM–3 PM | Weekdays & Weekends

Earn $55 per hour! Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a temporary, facility-based assignment in Montville, NJ.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $55 per hour
• Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Availability: Weekdays and weekends
• Position: Temporary assignment
• Location: Montville, NJ

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and accurately document each medication pass.
• Maintain complete and accurate medication administration records.
• Follow facility protocols and applicable nursing standards.
• Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent expereince as an LPN in a acute care or home care setting 
• Previous facility-based medication pass experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current physical examination.
• PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or chest X-ray documentation, as applicable.
• Proof of a recent drug test.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
