Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate openings in Chester, NJ and surrounding areas. We are currently staffing high-priority cases and looking for skilled nurses ready to make an impact.

Pay Rate: $55.00 per hour

Must have experience with Trach, Vent, G-Tube, and Hoyer lift.

This is a strong opportunity for nurses seeking flexible per diem work with meaningful one-on-one patient care in a supportive environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for compassionate, confident LPNs with experience in acute care, long-term care, or home care. Assignments include specialized high-acuity cases with flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

  • Active New Jersey LPN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
  • Trach, Vent, G-Tube, and Hoyer lift experience required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Physical, PPD/QuantiFERON, MMR, and flu compliance required
