Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse looking for flexible, meaningful work? Affirmed Home Care is seeking LPNs to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes throughout Trenton and the surrounding areas.

Pay Rate: $45 per hour (Highly competitive rate)

Position Overview

We are looking for compassionate LPNs with experience in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, Home Care, or similar settings. Per diem and visit-based opportunities are available.

Requirements

  • Active New Jersey LPN license

  • Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience

  • Current BLS certification

  • Valid driver's license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray as required

  • MMR and flu vaccination compliance as required
