Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem
Location: Ossining, NY & surrounding Westchester communities (including Sleepy Hollow, Croton-on-Hudson, and Briarcliff Manor)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Per Diem | Day Shifts (6–12 hours)
Pay Frequency: Weekly Direct Deposit

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• Provide medication reminders

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Ensure client safety, dignity, and independence at all times

Qualifications

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate (required)

• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Driver’s license preferred (drivers strongly encouraged)

New York State Health Requirements:

• Physical exam within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
