Position Overview

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide personalized, high-quality in-home care that supports clients’ safety, dignity, and independence. Our caregivers benefit from reliable local assignments, responsive support, and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders as directed

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment


Qualifications

  • Valid New York State HHA Certificate

  • Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
