What You’ll Do

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support

  • Follow care plans and report changes in condition

What You Need to Apply

  • Valid New York State HHA certification

  • Minimum 1 year of home care experience preferred

  • Physical exam (within past year)

  • TB test: PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • MMR proof of immunity (titers or vaccination within 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred (not required)

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
