Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
 Earn $45,000.00 + Full Benefits
Affirmed Home Care, a Manhattan-based private pay concierge home care agency, is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to support operations across NY, NJ, and CT.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate schedules for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a fast-paced home care setting
• Ensure all client cases are fully staffed and running efficiently each day
• Quickly respond to call-outs, open shifts, and urgent coverage needs
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences
• Communicate consistently with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules within workforce management systems
Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2+ years of experience in home care scheduling, healthcare staffing, or coordination roles, preferred
• Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling or workforce systems (AlayaCare is a strong +)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend evening
