Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Per Diem

  • Service Area: WYANDANCH, NY

  • Schedule: Day and weekend shifts available (6–12 hours)

  • Start: Immediate openings

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

  • Follow customized care plans

Qualifications

  • Active NYS HHA Certification

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HHA

  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional

  • Current physical exam (within 1 year)

  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred
