Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem home care cases in Bergen County, NJ. This position is ideal for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and enjoy building strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Position Overview
As a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Our home care model allows nurses to focus fully on their patient while delivering individualized, high-quality care. Most cases offer 8–12 hour shifts, providing consistency along with scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications
Active New Jersey RN License 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care preferred Current BLS Certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver’s license preferred Physical exam within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
