Your Responsibilities

As an HHA with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help clients remain safe and independent at home, including:

  • Personal care & grooming

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping & meal prep

  • Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year HHA experience

  • Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray within 5 years)

  • MMR immunization (within last 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred
