Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, in-home healthcare services throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately
Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management
Educate clients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances quality of life
Qualifications
Active RN License in the State of New Jersey (required)
1–2 years of nursing experience preferred (home care, geriatrics, or related field)
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a home care environment
CPR and BLS certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
