Your Role as a Certified Home Health Aide
You will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by providing:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year HHA experience
- Valid NJ Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certificate
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Current physical exam (within 1 year)
- Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
- Driver’s license preferred
