Position Requirements:

  • Valid New York State CHHA license

  • Driver’s license or reliable transportation

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with NY State guidelines

  • One year of home care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and compassionate companionship

  • Offer medication reminders as directed

  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Support clients in maintaining independence, comfort, and dignity
