Affirmed Home Care, a premier concierge home care agency serving Westchester County, is seeking experienced and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem and flexible assignments throughout Westchester.

This role is ideal for HHAs who want consistent local cases, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive agency environment—without long commutes or facility-based stress.

Position Overview

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide personalized, high-quality in-home care that supports clients’ safety, dignity, and independence. We offer our caregivers steady local assignments, responsive support, and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders as directed

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment


Qualifications

  • Valid New York State HHA Certificate

  • Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
