What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate schedules for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs
  • Ensure all client cases are fully staffed and running smoothly
  • Handle call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent coverage needs
  • Communicate with caregivers and clients daily
  • Keep schedules accurate and up to date in the system

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
  • Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
