We are growing quickly and looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordinating schedules, and supporting both caregivers and clients.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate schedules for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Ensure all client cases are fully staffed and running smoothly
- Handle call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent coverage needs
- Communicate with caregivers and clients daily
- Keep schedules accurate and up to date in the system
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
