Affirmed Home Care – New York’s Premier Concierge Home Care Agency is now hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem cases throughout Suffolk County. We also have a 7-day live-in case available in East Hampton.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Home Health Aide (HHA) experience

• Valid NYS HHA Certificate

• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)

• Work authorization in the U.S.

• Physical exam (within 1 year)

• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
