Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Westchester County
$40/hour • $125/visit • Flexible 12-hour day or overnight shifts
Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Westchester team, and we are looking for experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want meaningful, one-on-one nursing work in the home care setting. We serve clients across White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Tarrytown, Ardsley, Ossining, Mt. Kisco, Pleasantville, and surrounding areas.

We currently have 12-hour day and overnight shifts, as well as per-visit opportunities, available throughout Westchester and Northern Westchester.

Requirements
• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)
• Active NYS LPN license and current BLS
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 1 year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5
• MMR within 10 years
• Driver’s license preferred
