💼 Position Details:
  • Job Type: Per Diem
  • Locations: Riverhead
  • Shifts Available: Day, and weekend availability (6-12 hours)
  • Start ASAP

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Ensure client safety and comfort
  • Follow personalized care plans

Requirements:
  • Valid NYS HHA Certification
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an HHA
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional
  • Current physical exam (within 1 year)
  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest x-ray (within 5 years)
  • Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
  • Driver’s license preferred
