Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications
Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
