What You’ll Need:
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Pediatric Home Health Experience Highly Preferred)
Active CT LPN license
Current BLS certification (Peds BLS Certification Preferred)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
