Location: Kearny, NJ
Care Setting: In-Home Pediatric Care
Shifts: 12-Hour Overnights (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $55.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
Administer JPEG tube feedings and manage oxygen
Monitor patient condition and ensure safety and comfort
Communicate effectively with family members and the clinical care team
Qualifications
Active New Jersey RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric RN experience (acute or home care)
At least 1 year of pediatric PEG tube experience
PALS certification required
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Current physical exam (within 1 year)
PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Valid driver’s license preferred
