Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency, is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients throughout New Haven County, including New Haven, Hamden, Milford, West Haven, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for dedicated nurses with hands-on pediatric experience. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric LPN experience (required)

• Active Connecticut LPN license

• Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
