Requirements:

  • Valid New York State CHHA certification

  • Driver’s license and/or reliable transportation preferred

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • COVID-19 vaccination (in accordance with New York State guidelines)

  • Minimum of one year of home care experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and companionship

  • Assist with daily living activities

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Support light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Help clients maintain independence, safety, and dignity
