We’re currently hiring Per Diem LPNs to support our clients throughout Westchester and Northern Westchester County. Whether you prefer 12-hour day or overnight shifts—or the flexibility of nursing visits—we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have at least 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience is a bonus!)

  • You hold an active NYS LPN license and current BLS certification

  • You’re authorized to work in the U.S.

  • You have a recent physical exam (within 1 year)

  • You meet current PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray requirements

  • You’re up to date on MMR immunizations

  • A valid driver’s license is preferred

Please include any hands-on experience with tracheostomy care, ventilator support, or catheter management (Foley, straight, or suprapubic).*
