Affirmed Home Care, a trusted leader in concierge-level home health services, is actively hiring Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for an infant pediatric client in a private home setting.This role is ideal for LPNs seeking flexible schedules, strong clinical support, and rewarding pediatric experience.
- 12-hour Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
- Administer JPEG feed and oxygen
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being
- Communicate effectively with family members and care team
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric LPN experience (acute care or home care)
- At least 1 year of pediatric PEG Tube experience
- PALS certification required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Current physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
- Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
