Pediatric LPN Opportunities – New Hartford, CT | $40/hr
Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in New Hartford and surrounding Litchfield County towns, including Torrington, Winsted, and Canton.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are confident in pediatric care and looking for flexible, consistent per diem work in a supportive home care setting. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is strongly preferred.
We offer a range of cases with daytime and overnight shifts (6–12 hours), allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric LPN experience (required)
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification (pediatric experience preferred)
- Comfortable with hands-on pediatric care (trach/vent experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Current medical compliance (physical, PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray)
