About the Role

Affirmed Home Care is looking for dedicated, compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. In this per diem role, you’ll provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes throughout Northern Westchester County.

Shift Details & Pay

• Flexible daytime shifts (6 to 12 hours)

• $21.00/hour

• Immediate openings available across Westchester

Your Responsibilities

As an HHA, you’ll help clients with:

• Personal care and hygiene

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Meal preparation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

• Active NYS HHA certification

• At least 1 year of experience

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Driver’s license (preferred)

• Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR vaccination (within the last 10 years)
