Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to support our private-pay clients throughout New York. We currently have multiple open cases and are onboarding qualified caregivers immediately.

Requirements

  • Valid New York State CHHA certification

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred

  • Compliance with New York State COVID-19 guidelines

  • Prior home care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Promote client safety, independence, and dignity in the home
