Role Overview

In this per diem role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, including:

  • Personal care assistance

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • Companionship and supportive care


What You’ll Need

  • Active NYS HHA Certificate

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Recent physical (within 1 year)

  • Recent QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR immunizations

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
