What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience is a plus!)

  • Active NYS LPN license and BLS certification

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Physical exam within the last year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • MMR vaccinations (within the last 10 years)

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
