Position Summary

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients in Yonkers and nearby Westchester communities. This per diem role is ideal for HHAs seeking consistent work, flexibility, and professional support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and daily hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Support meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Promote client safety, dignity, and independence


Requirements

  • Valid NYS HHA Certificate

  • Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
