What You’ll Do

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of your client’s home—supporting their independence, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders as directed

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Valid New York State HHA Certificate

  • Minimum of 1 year professional HHA experience

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
