Pediatric LPN – Overnight NG‑Tube 1:1 Care (Sewaren, NJ)

Location: Sewaren, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Position Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for an infant male in Sewaren, NJ. This case requires an LPN who is experienced or comfortable with NG‑tube feeding and infant‑focused private duty care.

We have immediate openings for 8‑hour overnight shifts, 5 nights per week, offering a consistent schedule and strong support from our pediatric clinical leadership team. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and supported on the case.

Key Responsibility

• Provide overnight NG‑tube pediatric nursing care — Monitor the infant’s safety, manage NG‑tube feedings, and ensure comfort and stability throughout the night

Pay Rate

• LPN: $35–$38/hr

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Experience with NG‑tube feeding preferred (training available)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
