Looking for flexibility, consistent hours, and meaningful one-on-one care? Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric home care cases throughout Newark and Orange, NJ.

These cases offer the opportunity to work with medically complex pediatric patients while building lasting relationships with children and their families. Multiple schedules and levels of care are available, making this an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking part-time or full-time hours.

⭐ Available Pediatric Cases

• Orange, NJ – Infant requiring TPN management with anticipated 16 hours/day, 7 days/week coverage.
• Newark, NJ – Pediatric patient requiring private duty nursing services. Case currently pending appeal and anticipated admission.
• Newark, NJ – Pediatric patient pending discharge following cardiac workup and potential surgery. Anticipated need for 24/7 skilled nursing services upon discharge.

⭐ What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing interventions as ordered
• Monitor and assess patients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team
• Deliver compassionate, relationship-focused care that promotes safety and quality of life

⭐ Pay Rate

RN: Up to $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with TPN, enteral feeding, and medically complex pediatric patients is a plus
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
