What We Offer:

• Flexible day shifts (5–12 hours)

• $19.00/hour

• Cases available across Nassau County

Your Role:

As a Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the lives of clients by providing compassionate, in-home support. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with personal care

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Meal preparation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide

• Valid NYS HHA Certificate

• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Valid physical exam (within 1 year)

• Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest x-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)

• Proof of COVID vaccination
