Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled one‑on‑one care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. ⭐ What You’ll Do

• Provide evening & weekend pediatric care — Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and clinical needs are met during non‑school hours.

⭐ Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
