Pediatric RN/LPN – 1:1 Home Care (Newark, NJ)

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for an 8‑month‑old infant in Newark, NJ. This role is ideal for nurses who love pediatrics and enjoy delivering focused, individualized care in a supportive home environment.

We have immediate openings for day, evening and weekend coverage, offering steady hours and a consistent schedule. Our pediatric team provides strong clinical support so you always feel confident and backed by your care team.

⭐ Key Responsibility

Provide dedicated pediatric nursing care — supporting the infant’s daily needs, comfort, and safety throughout each shift.

⭐ Pay Rates

RN: $39–$41/hr
LPN: $35–$38/hr

⭐ Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
