We are currently seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Bergen County.

We offer a wide range of opportunities, including 6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts, day, night, and overnight cases, as well as visit-based assignments. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, consistent support, and meaningful work outside of a facility setting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (acute care required; home care preferred)

• Active New Jersey LPN license and current BLS certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Current physical exam (within the past 12 months)

• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)

• Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
