💼 Position Details

  • Job Type: Per Diem

  • Location: Port Washington, NY

  • Shifts Available: Daytime and weekend shifts (6–12 hours)

  • Start Date: Immediate

🩺 Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being

  • Follow individualized care plans

✅ Requirements

  • Valid NYS HHA Certification

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an HHA

  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

  • Current physical exam (within 1 year)

  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred
