Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division, and we’re looking for compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want steady, rewarding work with children who truly benefit from your care.

We have multiple pediatric cases available immediately in Paramus and surrounding areas, offering flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with the families you serve. Whether you prefer daytime, evenings, or weekends, we help you create a schedule that fits your life.

⭐ What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 pediatric care — supporting each child’s comfort, safety, and daily needs with compassion, patience, and clinical skill

  • Partner with families and our pediatric clinical team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care

  • Deliver skilled nursing care based on each child’s individualized plan

  • Maintain clear communication and reliable documentation

⭐ Pay Rates

  • RN: $45/hr

  • LPN: $40/hr

⭐ What You Bring

  • Active New Jersey RN or LPN License

  • Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

  • Current BLS Certification

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within 12 months

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

  • Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
