Affirmed Home Care, New York’s premier concierge home care agency, is currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides throughout Suffolk County. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate and dependable caregivers seeking flexibility, consistent work, and competitive pay.

Pay and Schedule:

Hourly rate of $19 dollars
Day shifts available ranging from 6 to 12 hours
Per diem positions with flexible scheduling
Immediate openings with fast onboarding
Weekly pay via direct deposit

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one on one care in a home setting
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
Offer medication reminders as directed
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

Minimum of one year Home Health Aide experience
Valid New York State HHA certification
Authorization to work in the United States
Current physical within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON (within the past year or chest X ray within the past five years)
MMR immunization within the past ten years
Driver’s license preferred but not required
