💼 Position Details:
- Job Type: Per Diem
- Locations: Riverhead
- Shifts Available: Day, and weekend availability (6-12 hours)

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Ensure client safety and comfort
- Follow personalized care plans
Requirements:
- Valid NYS HHA Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HHA
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Current physical exam (within 1 year)
- Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest x-ray (within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
- Driver’s license preferred
