Affirmed Home Care, New York’s leading concierge home care agency, is hiring per diem Certified Home Health Aides throughout Westchester County, including towns in, Armonk, White Plains and Rye!

Shifts & Pay:

• Flexible daytime shifts (6–12 hours)

• $21.00 per hour

• Immediate cases available across Westchester

About the Role:

At Affirmed Home Care, we prioritize exceptional care—starting with the caregivers who provide it. As a Home Health Aide, you'll support clients with their daily living needs while delivering compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping tasks

• Meal preparation

• Companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of HHA experience

• Valid NYS HHA Certificate

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Recent physical (within 1 year)

• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year), or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR immunization (within 10 years)

• Proof of COVID vaccination
