Your Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Support clients with mobility and daily living activities
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication reminders as permitted by the care plan
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Communicate client needs and changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
Eligible to work in the United States
Previous home care experience preferred
Availability for at least three days per week preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation strongly preferred
Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency policies
