About the Role:
Affirmed Home Care is seeking per diem HHAs to support a male client in Rye who requires assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and transportation. Driving is required for this case.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Drive client to appointments, errands, or outings
  • Support client’s safety and well-being in the home


Requirements:
  • Active NYS HHA certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of HHA experience
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Current physical exam (within 1 year)
  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray (within 5 years)
  • Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
  • Reliable transportation
