Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a priority private duty case in Lakewood, NJ.

This is a 1:1 home care position assisting a client in a clean, comfortable home environment, with a strong focus on professionalism and high-quality care.

Schedule

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7 days a week (consistent hours available)

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders (family prepares medications)
• Offer companionship and cognitive support
• Encourage engagement and light activity
• Maintain a clean, safe environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Dementia care experience required
• Valid NJ HHA Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current physical (within 1 year)
• PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunization (within 10 years)
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption
• Driver’s license preferred
