👩‍⚕️ Your Role as a Home Care RN

You’ll provide one-on-one nursing care in the home, offering clinical expertise and emotional support to patients and their families. Duties include:

  • Performing patient assessments and tracking vital signs

  • Administering medications and coordinating care with physicians

  • Managing wound care and evaluating healing progress

  • Delivering palliative care with compassion and professionalism

  • Educating patients and families on home care procedures and recovery

  • Recommending care tools or mobility aids when needed

  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients

✅ What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • Licensure: Active RN license in New Jersey

  • CPR Certification: Current AHA CPR certification required

  • Transportation: Must have reliable vehicle for travel between patient homes

  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience Bonus: Prior experience with trach/vent care, ostomies, and suprapubic catheters is a plus
