About the Role

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring dependable per diem HHAs to support clients in Pound Ridge and nearby Westchester towns. This role offers flexible scheduling, fast placement, and immediate start opportunities—ideal for HHAs seeking steady cases close to home.


Schedule & Pay

  • All shifts available: day, evening, and overnight

  • $21.00 per hour

  • Multiple open cases in and around Pound Ridge

  • Quick placement so you can begin working right away


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support

Requirements

  • Active New York State HHA Certificate

  • Minimum of 1 year of HHA experience

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
