Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Port Chester, NY and surrounding Westchester communities (Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison, Mamaroneck)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Per Diem | Day Shifts (6–12 hours)
Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily hygiene

• Provide medication reminders as directed

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity while supporting independence

Requirements

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate

• Minimum of one year of HHA experience

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Driver’s license preferred

New York State Health Requirements

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
