Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem – Ocean County, NJ

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Per diem | Day & overnight shifts (6–12 hours)
Location: Ocean County, NJ (Odessa, Lakewood Township, Seaside Heights)

Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem positions in Ocean County, NJ, including Odessa, Lakewood Township, and Seaside Heights. Immediate cases available with flexible scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Offer companionship and support

  • Ensure client safety and comfort in the home

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience

  • Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certificate

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Current physical exam (within 1 year)

  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)

  • Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption

  • Driver’s license preferred
